• We are so pleased that your child will be attending Sonshine!

To begin the enrollment process, please click on the items below. Once we have your online enrollment forms, you will be sent an invoice for registration and supply fees. Once that has been paid, your child's spot will be reserved.

• Complete the appropriate Online Enrollment Forms:
  • SKCC1 - INDUSTRIAL BLVD - ENROLLMENT FORM
  • SKCC 2 - BUFFALO GAP RD - ENROLLMENT FORM
  • HOLDING FEE ONLY ENROLLMENT FORM

• Items that Must be submitted prior to attendance:
  • Up-to-date immunization records or state-issued affidavit 
  • Statement of health signed by a healthcare professional
  • 4+ years old - vision & hearing screening results

**Once a spot is offered, if we do not hear back from you within 5 days, we will assume you are no longer interested in the spot and you will be removed from our waiting list.
