Sonshine uses a comprehensive curriculum that is designed to introduce students to a variety of learning concepts in a fun and exciting way. The program is play-based and hands-on. The program includes 19 units that are engaging and activity based, with limited use of worksheets.

Physical activity and outdoor time is imperative for healthy development. When weather permits, children will have a 45 minute minimum morning and a 45 minute afternoon outdoor recess.
Sonshine Kids incorporates different 8-12 week Jesus curriculums along with our academic curriculum. The sources that these lessons come from will vary, but all strive for the same goal - teaching children that they are loved and that there is freedom in Christ. All materials are bible-based.
